Miles de pastores lo han estado usando como base de su predicaci\u00f3n, durante tres siglos, y otros muchos miles m\u00e1s lo seguir\u00e1n haciendo en el futuro, hasta que el Se\u00f1or venga.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Esta joya de literatura cristiana hab\u00eda permanecido fuera del alcance del pueblo cristiano de habla hispana, hasta que el erudito Dr. Francisco Lacueva, auspiciado por la Editorial CLIE, dedic\u00f3 varios a\u00f1os de su vida a la enorme tarea que significaba verter a la lengua de Cervantes esta extensa obra en lengua inglesa; adapt\u00e1ndola y ampli\u00e1ndola con una puesta al d\u00eda, para hacerla m\u00e1s \u00fatil a los predicadores y a la predicaci\u00f3n actual.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Su labor se cristaliz\u00f3 en trece gruesos vol\u00famenes, que incluyeron no s\u00f3lo el comentario y la opini\u00f3n de Matthew Henry, sino adem\u00e1s la mano de los mejores comentaristas, evang\u00e9licos y rab\u00ednicos.
